It's Called a Uniform for a Reason

I went to my local Jason's Deli the other day and noticed a particular worker. This kid had his uniform hat on all sideways like he was back on his block. If I was the manager/supervisor I would fire his ass immediately.
I would want all my employees to project a professional image, because I would be running a professional establishment. This is not the first time I've seen this. I guess it's a fad, and to be honest, if you want to look stupid with a sideways hat and a t-shirt that is 10" too long when you're hangin' out at the mall, that's fine. If you are at your job, and the job is not selling sideways hats and long shirts, then it's time to grow up a bit. You will never be taken seriously in a professional environment looking like that.
I once saw a girl go in to pick up an application at a McDonald's wearing fuzzy duck slippers. No kidding. I just wish I had a picture of that!
