We all have bad customer service experiences once in a while. Fortunately, most of them don't last as long as a plane flight! What follows is a colorful customer complaint to Continental Airlines.

hahaha.. it just gets better and better from the 'stink shield' .. i laughed out loud to 'the next ass that touches my shoulder will be the last!' and this line ......'i just heard a man groan in there, THIS SUCKS!' ....just says it all.. poor guy, i'd be pissed too...

that story would be a hit at a comedy night .. get the guy an agent... and some fresh air....
